I love this bag! I bought it as a little gift to myself after a promotion, as I'm starting to increase business travel and wanted a sleek bag with a trolley sleeve.

It is just gorgeous - the leather is buttery and has held up well after two business trips - no scratches or dings.

It is a little small but it forces me to keep my bag items lean which is good. I love the two front pockets - they're perfect for cell phones and a mouse/charger.

Easy to use website, arrived safely and beautifully packaged, and most importantly it’s the best work bag I’ve ever owned. Lovely to find somewhere that does stylish smaller backpacks that hold my laptop safely but don’t hurt my back.

Great product, and was shipped instantly. Couldn't believe we received it on the other side of the world faster than stuff we ordered from just down the road!

The travel case I needed was for use on the City, construction was excellent, it held all the vital items in needed to have with me, they were secure and safely place in my bag, ready on my arrival, I will continue to use it for work every time uptown

The zip in the bag that I have bought just over a year ago broke and when I reached out to Knomo regarding the fault - they have suggested a refund or replacement with no dither questions. Great customer experience all the way and I love the products too!!

Outstanding experience start to finish! The ordering process, time to delivery, and quality of packaging were all excellent. Love this company, as well as the backpack/crossbody that I ordered. The quality, design (especially the top double zipper) and size make it incredibly functional - it's my second one (first one purchased in a store) and I get many compliments on it. Highly recommend.
